Faith Unity Prayer Inc is a Spirit-filled, nondenominational, and culturally diverse teaching ministry located in Salisbury, Maryland. We are a community of believers committed to building strong believers through the Word of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, and a steadfast love for one another and our broader community.
Our ministry is rooted in three foundational pillars — Faith in the promises of God, Unity among His people, and the transforming power of Prayer. Together, we pursue a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and empower every member to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Elder Ranford Conaway is the visionary founder and pastor of Faith Unity Prayer Inc. With over 30 years of ministry experience, he is a seasoned preacher and teacher known for his dynamic seminars, adult Sunday School instruction, and powerful end-time prophecy teaching.
Elder Conaway has also led an impactful Prison Ministry and Radio Ministry, extending the Gospel beyond the church walls to reach lives in need of hope and transformation. He leads with strong leadership, compassionate guidance, and a genuine shepherd's heart committed to the spiritual well-being of every member.
Follow on InstagramCo-Pastor Vonda Conaway is the co-founder, co-pastor, and first lady of Faith Unity Prayer Inc. With over 20 years of ministry service, she is a gifted Minister of Music, a passionate children's Sunday School teacher, and a devoted leader in women's ministry.
Known for her deep compassion for women — especially those who have endured trials, hardships, and seasons of rebuilding — her ministry reflects empathy, strength, and spiritual insight that brings healing and restoration. She also oversees essential administrative responsibilities, ensuring the church operates with organizational excellence and integrity.
